FAQ

What’s up with dues? Association dues are a monthly fee you pay for upkeep of the building your condo is in. Dues cover gas, water, trash disposal, building insurance, maintenance of common areas, and exterior maintenance. Residents pay for electric, cable, phone and Internet.

It’s just a little different way to look at home ownership costs. The bottom line is that association dues are normally less than what an average homeowner pays to cover the same expenses and services, thanks to the economies of scale. And at Clark Place, Condo dues are also 25-40% below the average cost of Grand Rapids downtown condo dues – just 18 cents per sq.ft. per month

How does parking work? Your condo comes with a private, enclosed garage and the option for a second one for an additional $10,000. There is also plenty of free parking for additional cars and your guests in the adjacent parking lot.

Can I have pets? At Clark Place, up to two pets are allowed and there are no size or weight restrictions. We are looking for responsible pet owners who keep their pets on leashes in the common areas and pick up after them to keep our grounds looking their best.

And security? Rest assured knowing that you and your family are safe with a combination of key card access, a call box, security cameras, and on-site security.
